Delicious truffles made with Baileys Irish Cream, perfect for a sweet treat.
Ingredients

- 200g dark chocolate, chopped
- 100ml Baileys Irish Cream
- 50g unsalted butter
- 200g icing sugar, sifted
- 200g cocoa powder for dusting
Instructions
- Melt chocolate and butter in a heatproof bowl over simmering water.
- Stir in Baileys Irish Cream until smooth.
- Gradually mix in icing sugar until fully combined.
- Chill mixture in the fridge for 2 hours or until firm.
- Roll into small balls and coat with cocoa powder.
- Chill for another 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week.
- For a stronger Baileys flavor, add an extra tablespoon.
- Use gloves when rolling to prevent melting from hand warmth.
