Ingredients

  • 200g dark chocolate, chopped
  • 100ml Baileys Irish Cream
  • 50g unsalted butter
  • 200g icing sugar, sifted
  • 200g cocoa powder for dusting

Instructions

  1. Melt chocolate and butter in a heatproof bowl over simmering water.
  2. Stir in Baileys Irish Cream until smooth.
  3. Gradually mix in icing sugar until fully combined.
  4. Chill mixture in the fridge for 2 hours or until firm.
  5. Roll into small balls and coat with cocoa powder.
  6. Chill for another 30 minutes before serving.

  • Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week.
  • For a stronger Baileys flavor, add an extra tablespoon.
