Ingredients

- 4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 2 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp garlic powder
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Place salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Drizzle olive oil over the salmon and season with salt and pepper.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until salmon flakes easily with a fork.
- While salmon bakes, mix sour cream, dill, lemon juice, and garlic powder in a bowl.
- Serve salmon hot with dill sauce on the side.
