Ingredients

- 2 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Place salmon fillets on a baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until salmon flakes easily with a fork.
- While salmon bakes, steam broccoli in a pot with 1/2 inch of water for 5-7 minutes until tender.
- Serve salmon with steamed broccoli.

- Check salmon for doneness at 12 minutes.
- Adjust seasoning to taste.
- Substitute fresh garlic for garlic powder if preferred.
