Ingredients

- 2 steaks (8 oz each)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
- 2 tbsp honey
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 tsp dried rosemary
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
- Season steaks with salt, pepper, and rosemary.
- Sear steaks for 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare.
- Remove steaks and let rest.
- In the same pan, add minced garlic and cook for 30 seconds.
- Pour in balsamic vinegar and honey, simmer until thickened (3-4 minutes).
- Drizzle glaze over steaks and serve.
