Description
Delicious bite-sized banana bread truffles coated in chocolate.
Ingredients
Scale
- 2 ripe bananas
- 1 cup flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
Instructions
- Mash bananas in a bowl
- Mix dry ingredients separately
- Combine wet and dry ingredients
- Bake at 350°F for 25 minutes
- Crumble cooled banana bread
- Roll into small balls
- Melt chocolate with coconut oil
- Dip balls in chocolate
- Chill until set

- Use very ripe bananas
- Chill dough before rolling
- Store in refrigerator
