- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 3 ripe bananas
- 16 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 box instant banana pudding mix
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- Whipped cream for topping
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C).
- Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter, press into a 9-inch springform pan.
- Mash bananas and spread over crust.
- Beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each.
- Mix in sour cream.
- Pour over banana layer in pan.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes until center is almost set.
- Cool completely, then refrigerate for 4 hours.
- Mix pudding with milk, spread over cheesecake.
- Top with whipped cream before serving.
