Ingredients

  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tbsp sriracha
  • 8 small tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded cabbage
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
  • 1 lime, cut into wedges

Instructions

  1. Mix flour, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  2. Coat shrimp in the flour mixture.
  3. Fry shrimp in hot oil until golden, about 2-3 minutes per side.
  4. Mix mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, and sriracha in a bowl.
  5. Toss fried shrimp in the sauce.
  6. Warm tortillas.
  7. Fill tortillas with shrimp, cabbage, and cilantro.
  8. Serve with lime wedges.
