Crispy shrimp tacos with a creamy, spicy sauce.
Ingredients

- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 cup flour
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp sweet chili sauce
- 1 tbsp sriracha
- 8 small tortillas
- 1 cup shredded cabbage
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- 1 lime, cut into wedges
Instructions
- Mix flour, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Coat shrimp in the flour mixture.
- Fry shrimp in hot oil until golden, about 2-3 minutes per side.
- Mix mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, and sriracha in a bowl.
- Toss fried shrimp in the sauce.
- Warm tortillas.
- Fill tortillas with shrimp, cabbage, and cilantro.
- Serve with lime wedges.
Notes
- Use fresh shrimp for best results.
- Adjust sriracha for more or less heat.
- Serve immediately for crispiness.
