- 1 lb chicken tenders
- 1 cup BBQ sauce
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Mix breadcrumbs, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Coat chicken tenders in olive oil, then roll them in the breadcrumb mixture.
- Place tenders on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 15 minutes, flip, then bake another 10 minutes.
- Brush BBQ sauce over the tenders and bake for 5 more minutes.
Notes
- Use a meat thermometer to check if chicken reaches 165°F (74°C).
- For extra crispiness, broil for 1-2 minutes at the end.
- Adjust BBQ sauce amount to your preference.
