- 1/2 red onion (sliced)
- 1 bell pepper (sliced)
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add chicken pieces and cook until no longer pink (about 6-8 minutes).
- Season with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Add sliced onion and bell pepper, cooking for 3-4 minutes until softened.
- Pour BBQ sauce over the chicken and vegetables, stirring to coat evenly.
- Reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes until the sauce thickens.
- Serve hot.
