- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 cup carrots, sliced
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, mix shredded chicken, broccoli, carrots, cream of chicken soup, milk, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, and black pepper.
- Spread mixture evenly in a greased baking dish.
- In a small bowl, combine breadcrumbs and melted butter.
- Sprinkle breadcrumb mixture over the chicken mixture.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden and bubbly.
- Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.

- Use rotisserie chicken for an easy shortcut.
- Swap broccoli and carrots for other vegetables like peas or green beans.
