  • 1 tbsp dried thyme

  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Mix paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, oregano, cayenne, salt, and black pepper in a bowl.
  2. Coat both sides of the mahi mahi fillets with the spice blend.
  3. Heat olive oil in a cast-iron skillet over high heat.
