Description

A refreshing and easy-to-make pasta salad featuring the classic BLT flavors of bacon, lettuce, and tomato.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz pasta (penne or fusilli)
  • 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 2 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp sour cream
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and rinse under cold water.
  2. In a large bowl, combine mayonnaise, sour cream, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Add cooled pasta, bacon, tomatoes, and lettuce to the bowl.
  4. Toss gently until everything is evenly coated.
  5. Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, add diced avocado or shredded cheese.
  • Use gluten-free pasta if needed.
