Ingredients

- 2 cups dark chocolate, melted
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Blend blueberries, cream cheese, lemon zest, lemon juice, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Mix in powdered sugar until well combined.
- Chill the mixture for 30 minutes.
- Roll into small balls and place on a tray.
- Freeze for 15 minutes.
- Dip each ball in melted dark chocolate.
- Let the chocolate set before serving.
