- 4 bone-in chicken thighs
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
Instructions
- Pat the chicken thighs dry with a paper towel.
- Season both sides with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
- Set the Instant Pot to sauté mode and heat the olive oil.
- Sear the chicken thighs for 3 minutes per side until browned.
- Pour in the chicken broth.
- Close the lid and set the Instant Pot to high pressure for 15 minutes.
- Allow natural pressure release for 5 minutes, then quick release the remaining pressure.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
- For crispier skin, broil the cooked thighs for 2-3 minutes after pressure cooking.
- Adjust seasoning to taste.
