Instructions
- Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper on both sides.
- In a bowl, mix the Boursin cheese, minced garlic, and chopped fine herbs until well combined.
- Slice a pocket into each chicken breast and fill with the Boursin mixture, securing with toothpicks.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and cook the chicken for 5-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
- Remove the chicken and sauté minced garlic in the same skillet, then add the remaining Boursin mixture and heavy cream, stirring until smooth.
- Return the chicken to the skillet and let it simmer for a few minutes to meld the flavors.
