Ingredients

Instructions
- Cook bacon in a pan until crispy, then set aside.
- In the same pan, melt butter and fry the egg to your preferred doneness.
- Toast the bread slices lightly.
- Layer the bacon, egg, and cheese (if using) between the bread slices.
- Serve warm.
