- 300g fresh cod fillet, diced
- 1 small red onion, thinly sliced
- 1 cucumber, diced
- 1 avocado, diced
- 1 lime, juiced
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp fresh coriander, chopped
Instructions
- Place the diced cod in a bowl and pour the lime and lemon juice over it. Mix well and let it marinate for 15 minutes.
- Add the red onion, cucumber, and avocado to the bowl.
- Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and black pepper.
- Toss gently to combine all ingredients.
- Sprinkle fresh coriander on top before serving.
