- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, mix the shredded chicken, broccoli, and half of the shredded cheese.
- In a saucepan, melt the butter and stir in the heavy cream, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Pour the cream mixture over the chicken and broccoli, then mix well.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased casserole dish and top with the remaining cheese.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- Use rotisserie chicken for a quicker meal.
- Add cauliflower for extra veggies.
