Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix the shredded chicken, broccoli, and half of the shredded cheese.
  3. In a saucepan, melt the butter and stir in the heavy cream, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Pour the cream mixture over the chicken and broccoli, then mix well.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a greased casserole dish and top with the remaining cheese.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
  7. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
