Description

A creamy and spicy pasta dish featuring tender chicken and bold buffalo sauce.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz pasta
  • 2 chicken fillets, cooked and shredded
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1/4 cup ranch dressing
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat.
  3. Add shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, ranch dressing, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Stir well.
  4. Pour in heavy cream and stir until combined.
  5. Add cooked pasta and mix until fully coated.
  6. Sprinkle shredded cheese on top and let it melt slightly before serving.

Notes

  • Use rotini or penne pasta for best results.
  • Adjust buffalo sauce to your preferred spice level.
  • For extra creaminess, add more ranch dressing.
