Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Toss wings with oil, salt, and pepper. Spread on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 45 minutes, flipping halfway.
- Mix hot sauce, butter, vinegar, and garlic powder in a bowl.
- Toss baked wings in the sauce. Serve immediately.
