- 1 tbsp Cajun seasoning
- 1 tsp paprika

- 1 tsp onion powder

- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
Instructions
- Place chicken fillets in the crockpot.
- Sprinkle Cajun seasoning, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper over the chicken.
- Add chicken broth, bell pepper, onion, and minced garlic to the crockpot.
- Cover and cook on low for 6 hours or high for 3 hours.
- Shred or serve chicken whole with the vegetables and broth.
