- 3 eggs
- 1/2 cup crushed candy canes
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C).
- Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter, then press into a springform pan.
- Beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each.
- Fold in crushed candy canes.
- Pour mixture over the crust and bake for 50-55 minutes.
- Let cool, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
- Whip heavy cream and powdered sugar, then spread over the cheesecake.
- Garnish with extra crushed candy canes before serving.
