Description

Cannoli Cheesecake Bars are a delightful dessert that combines the rich flavors of traditional cannoli with the creamy texture of cheesecake, offering a unique taste experience.


Ingredients

  • Cream Cheese: 8 oz of softened cream cheese
  • Ricotta Cheese: 15 oz of drained ricotta cheese
  • Granulated Sugar: 3/4 cup of sugar
  • Vanilla Extract: 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • Graham Cracker Crumbs: 1 1/2 cups of crumbs
  • Unsalted Butter: 1/2 cup of melted butter
  • Mini Chocolate Chips: 1/2 cup of chocolate chips
  • Pistachios: 1/2 cup of chopped pistachios

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C) and line an 8×8 inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs with melted butter and press into the bottom of the prepared pan. Bake for 10 minutes and let cool.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, beat softened cream cheese and ricotta cheese until smooth. Add sugar and vanilla, mixing until well combined.
  4. Pour the cheesecake filling over the cooled crust and spread evenly.
  5. Sprinkle mini chocolate chips and chopped pistachios over the top.
  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes until the edges are set and the center is slightly jiggly. Let cool to room temperature.
  7. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  8. Lift the cheesecake out of the pan using the parchment paper, cut into squares, and serve chilled.
