Ingredients

  • 1 pint cherry tomatoes
  • 8 oz fresh mozzarella balls
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves
  • 2 tbsp balsamic glaze
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Wash and dry cherry tomatoes.
  2. Drain mozzarella balls and pat dry.
  3. Thread one tomato, one mozzarella ball, and one basil leaf onto each skewer.
  4. Arrange skewers on a serving plate.
  5. Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic glaze.
  6. Season with salt and pepper.
  7. Serve immediately.
