Description

Caramel Chocolate Crunch Bars are a delightful treat that combines the rich taste of chocolate with the sweet, gooey goodness of caramel, all on a crunchy graham cracker base.


Ingredients

  • Graham cracker crumbs: 1 ½ cups
  • Unsweetened cocoa powder: ½ cup
  • Sweetened condensed milk: 1 can (14 oz)
  • Butter: ½ cup (1 stick), melted
  • Chocolate chips: 1 cup (semi-sweet or dark)
  • Caramel sauce: ½ cup (plus extra for drizzling)
  • Sea salt: ½ teaspoon

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8×8 inch (20×20 cm) baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and cocoa powder, then add melted butter and mix until well coated.
  3. Press the crumb mixture into the prepared baking dish and bake for 10 minutes, then let cool slightly.
  4. Melt chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
  5. Add sweetened condensed milk to the melted chocolate and stir until well combined, then pour over the cooled crust.
