- 1 inch piece of fresh ginger, peeled and grated

- 1–2 tablespoons of honey (to taste)
- 2 cups of water (adjust for desired consistency)
Instructions
- Prepare the ingredients by peeling and chopping the carrots and grating the ginger.
- Blend the chopped carrots and grated ginger with two cups of water until smooth.
- Strain the blended mixture to separate the juice from the pulp.
- Add freshly squeezed lemon juice and honey to the strained juice, mixing well.
- Chill the juice in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes before serving.
- Garnish with a slice of lemon or a sprig of mint if desired.

- Adjust the sweetness by adding more honey or lemon juice as per your taste.
- Store the juice in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to three days.
