Ingredients

  • 4 large carrots, peeled and chopped
  • 1 inch piece of fresh ginger, peeled and grated
  • 2 tablespoons of freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 12 tablespoons of honey (to taste)
  • 2 cups of water (adjust for desired consistency)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the ingredients by peeling and chopping the carrots and grating the ginger.
  2. Blend the chopped carrots and grated ginger with two cups of water until smooth.
  3. Strain the blended mixture to separate the juice from the pulp.
  4. Add freshly squeezed lemon juice and honey to the strained juice, mixing well.
  5. Chill the juice in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes before serving.
