Instructions
- Prepare the chicken by boiling it with onion and salt in a large pot.
- Cook the jasmine rice after rinsing it until the water runs clear.
- Shred the chicken once it has cooled.
- Prepare the dipping sauce by mixing apple cider vinegar, sugar, and fish sauce.
- Sauté shallots until golden brown and crispy.
- Assemble the dish by mixing the porridge with fish sauce and topping it with chicken and vegetables.
- Serve with dipping sauce and optional spicy chilis.
