Instructions

- In a small bowl, mix the ketchup, mustard, mayonnaise, and Worcestershire sauce to make the dressing.
- Add the cooked ground beef to the salad bowl.
- Drizzle the dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve immediately.
