- 1 onion, diced

- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Brown the ground beef in a large pot over medium heat.
- Add the onion and garlic, cooking until softened.
- Stir in the flour and butter to make a roux.
- Pour in the chicken broth and add the potatoes. Simmer until potatoes are tender.
- Add the milk, cheese, and mustard. Stir until cheese melts.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Serve hot.
