Cheesecake fudge is a delightful no-bake dessert that combines the creamy richness of cheesecake with the sweet, melt-in-your-mouth texture of fudge.
Ingredients
- Cream Cheese: 8 oz of softened cream cheese
- White Chocolate: 12 oz of chopped white chocolate or chocolate chips
- Sweetened Condensed Milk: One 14 oz can
- Vanilla Extract: One teaspoon
- Powdered Sugar: One cup
Instructions
- Prepare the baking dish by lining an 8×8 inch (20×20 cm) square baking dish with parchment paper.
- Melt the white chocolate and sweetened condensed milk in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring in between.
- Beat the softened cream cheese in a separate bowl until smooth, then gradually mix in the melted white chocolate mixture.
- Stir in the vanilla extract and powdered sugar until well incorporated.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and smooth the top with a spatula.
- Cover with plastic wrap and chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours until firm.
- Lift the fudge out of the pan using the parchment paper and cut into squares.
- Serve chilled or at room temperature and enjoy!
