A creamy and comforting cheesy broccoli casserole perfect for family dinners or potlucks.
Ingredients

- 4 cups fresh broccoli florets
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Steam the broccoli florets until tender, about 5 minutes. Drain well.
- In a large bowl, mix sour cream, mayonnaise, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Add the steamed broccoli and half of the cheddar and mozzarella cheeses. Stir to combine.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
- Sprinkle the remaining cheeses and breadcrumbs on top.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until bubbly and golden.
- Let it cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- Use frozen broccoli if fresh is unavailable. Thaw and drain well.
- Add cooked chicken or ham for extra protein.
- For a crispy top, broil for the last 2–3 minutes.
