Ingredients

  • 4 cups fresh broccoli florets
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Steam the broccoli florets until tender, about 5 minutes. Drain well.
  3. In a large bowl, mix sour cream, mayonnaise, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Add the steamed broccoli and half of the cheddar and mozzarella cheeses. Stir to combine.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
  6. Sprinkle the remaining cheeses and breadcrumbs on top.
  7. Bake for 20 minutes or until bubbly and golden.
  8. Let it cool slightly before serving.

Notes

  • Use frozen broccoli if fresh is unavailable. Thaw and drain well.
  • Add cooked chicken or ham for extra protein.
