Ingredients

- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup uncooked rice
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, mix cooked chicken, uncooked rice, broccoli, cream of chicken soup, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Cover with foil and bake for 35 minutes.
- Remove foil, sprinkle cheddar cheese on top, and bake for another 10 minutes or until cheese melts.
- Let stand for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Use rotisserie chicken for faster prep.
- Swap broccoli for cauliflower if preferred.
- Add a pinch of paprika for extra flavor.
