Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup uncooked rice
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix cooked chicken, uncooked rice, broccoli, cream of chicken soup, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Transfer the mixture to a greased 9×13-inch baking dish.
  4. Cover with foil and bake for 35 minutes.
  5. Remove foil, sprinkle cheddar cheese on top, and bake for another 10 minutes or until cheese melts.
  6. Let stand for 5 minutes before serving.

Notes

  • Use rotisserie chicken for faster prep.
  • Swap broccoli for cauliflower if preferred.
