- 1 cup almonds
- 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
- 2 tbsp coconut oil
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder (for coating)
Instructions
- Blend cherries and almonds in a food processor until finely chopped.
- Melt chocolate chips and coconut oil together, then mix in vanilla.
- Combine cherry-almond mixture with melted chocolate.
- Roll into small balls and coat with cocoa powder.
- Chill for 30 minutes before serving.
