A quick and nutritious chicken and broccoli stir-fry with a savory sauce.
Ingredients

- 2 boneless, skinless chicken fillets (sliced)
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 teaspoon ginger (grated)
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
Instructions
- Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
- Add chicken and cook until no longer pink.
- Add garlic, ginger, and red pepper flakes. Stir for 30 seconds.
- Add broccoli and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until tender-crisp.
- Pour in soy sauce and oyster sauce. Toss well.
- Drizzle with sesame oil before serving.
Notes
- Use fresh broccoli for best texture.
- Adjust spice level with more or less red pepper flakes.
- Serve with rice or noodles.
