Ingredients

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken fillets (sliced)
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 teaspoon ginger (grated)
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)

Instructions

  1. Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
  2. Add chicken and cook until no longer pink.
  3. Add garlic, ginger, and red pepper flakes. Stir for 30 seconds.
  4. Add broccoli and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until tender-crisp.
  5. Pour in soy sauce and oyster sauce. Toss well.
  6. Drizzle with sesame oil before serving.
