Instructions
- Dice the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces and season with salt and pepper.
- Rinse the jasmine rice under cold water until the water runs clear.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil and sauté the garlic and onion until fragrant.
- Add the seasoned chicken to the skillet and cook until browned.
- Add the rinsed rice and chicken broth to the skillet, stirring to combine.
- Prepare the broccoli florets and add them to the skillet during the last few minutes of cooking.
