Instructions

  1. Dice the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces and season with salt and pepper.
  2. Rinse the jasmine rice under cold water until the water runs clear.
  3. In a large skillet, heat olive oil and sauté the garlic and onion until fragrant.
  4. Add the seasoned chicken to the skillet and cook until browned.
  5. Add the rinsed rice and chicken broth to the skillet, stirring to combine.
  6. Prepare the broccoli florets and add them to the skillet during the last few minutes of cooking.
  7. Fluff the rice with a fork and mix in the chicken and broccoli once cooked.
