  • 6 oz Stuffing Mix
  • 1 cup (240 ml) Chicken Broth
  • 10.5 oz Cream of Chicken Soup
  • 2 cups Mixed Vegetables (frozen or fresh)
  • 1 cup (about 100 g) Shredded Cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp Dried Herbs (Optional, like thyme or rosemary)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Rinse and pat dry the chicken breasts, then season with salt, pepper, and optional herbs.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine the stuffing mix, chicken broth, and cream of chicken soup until well mixed.
  4. Spread mixed vegetables evenly in a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
  5. Place the seasoned chicken breasts on top of the vegetables.
  6. Pour the stuffing mixture over the chicken, spreading it evenly.
  7. Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes.
  8. Remove the foil, sprinkle shredded cheese on top, and bake for an additional 15-20 minutes until the cheese is golden and the chicken is cooked through.
