  • 🥦 Broccoli – 2 cups, chopped into florets
  • 🧂 Salt – to taste
  • 🧂 Pepper – to taste

Instructions

  1. Prepare the chicken by rinsing, drying, and seasoning with olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Let it marinate.
  2. Peel and chop the sweet potatoes into 1-inch cubes, then toss with olive oil, garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Cook the marinated chicken on a grill pan over medium-high heat for 6-7 minutes on each side until cooked through.
  4. Spread the seasoned sweet potatoes on a baking sheet and roast in a preheated oven at 400°F (200°C) for 25-30 minutes.
