Ingredients

- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cubed
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 cup sliced mushrooms
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/4 cup chicken broth
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.
- Add chicken and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
- Add garlic, salt, pepper, and paprika. Stir for 1 minute.
- Add broccoli and mushrooms. Cook for 3-4 minutes.
- Pour in chicken broth and soy sauce. Simmer for 5 minutes.
- Serve hot.
