Ingredients

  • 1 can cream of chicken soup (10.5 oz)
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook brown rice according to package instructions.
  3. In a large bowl, mix shredded chicken, cooked rice, broccoli, cream of chicken soup, milk, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
  5. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top.
