Description

Ingredients

  • Chicken Breasts: 4 pieces (boneless and skinless)
  • Turkey Slices: 8 slices (deli-style)
  • Swiss Cheese: 4 slices
  • Breadcrumbs: 1 cup (preferably panko)
  • Eggs: 2 large
  • Flour: 1 cup
  • Milk: 1/2 cup
  • Butter: 4 tablespoons
  • Garlic Powder: 1 teaspoon
  • Salt and Pepper: To taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Place each chicken breast between two sheets of plastic wrap and pound until about 1/2 inch thick.
  3. Lay two slices of turkey and one slice of Swiss cheese on each flattened chicken breast, then roll tightly and secure with toothpicks or kitchen twine.
  4. Set up a breading station with flour, beaten eggs mixed with milk, and breadcrumbs mixed with garlic powder.
  5. Coat each chicken roll in flour, then dip in the egg mixture, and finally coat with breadcrumbs.
