Honey: 1/2 cup (120 ml)
Soy Sauce: 1/4 cup (60 ml)
Garlic: 4 cloves, minced
Ginger: 1 tablespoon, grated
Sesame Oil: 1 tablespoon
Green Onions: 2, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Prepare the chicken by patting it dry and placing it in the crockpot in a single layer.
- Add vegetables and seasonings, such as chopped onions or bell peppers, and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, grated ginger, and sesame oil, then pour over the chicken and veggies.
