Ingredients

- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/2 cup cucumber, diced
- 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine shredded chicken, cucumber, and red onion.
- In a separate bowl, mix Greek yogurt, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, and fresh dill.
- Pour the dressing over the chicken mixture and toss well.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.
