- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 box stuffing mix
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1/2 cup celery, chopped
- 1/2 cup onion, chopped
Instructions
- In a large skillet, sauté celery and onion in butter until soft.
- Add shredded chicken, stuffing mix, cream of chicken soup, and chicken broth. Stir well.
- Cook over medium heat for 10-12 minutes, stirring occasionally, until heated through.
- Serve hot.

- Use leftover chicken or rotisserie chicken for convenience.
- Adjust broth quantity if you prefer a drier or moister texture.
