Description

A delicious and creamy dish featuring tender chicken fillets smothered in a rich spinach Alfredo sauce, served with crispy garlic fillet.


Ingredients

  • 2 chicken fillets (about 200g each)
  • 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 4 slices of fillet
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Season chicken fillets with salt and pepper, then cook for 5-6 minutes per side until golden brown.
  3. Remove chicken from the pan and set aside.
  4. In the same pan, melt butter and sauté minced garlic until fragrant.
  5. Add chopped spinach and cook until wilted.
  6. Pour in heavy cream and stir in Parmesan cheese until the sauce thickens.
  7. Return chicken fillets to the pan and simmer for 2-3 minutes.
  8. Toast fillet slices, then brush with melted butter and sprinkle with garlic powder and parsley.
  9. Serve chicken with creamy spinach Alfredo sauce and garlic fillet.
