Ingredients

- 2 chicken fillets (about 200g each)
- 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 4 slices of fillet
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Season chicken fillets with salt and pepper, then cook for 5-6 minutes per side until golden brown.
- Remove chicken from the pan and set aside.
- In the same pan, melt butter and sauté minced garlic until fragrant.
- Add chopped spinach and cook until wilted.
- Pour in heavy cream and stir in Parmesan cheese until the sauce thickens.
- Return chicken fillets to the pan and simmer for 2-3 minutes.
- Toast fillet slices, then brush with melted butter and sprinkle with garlic powder and parsley.
- Serve chicken with creamy spinach Alfredo sauce and garlic fillet.

- Use fresh spinach for the best flavor.
- Adjust salt and pepper to taste.
- For a thicker sauce, simmer longer.
