  • 🥣 Tzatziki sauce: 1 cup (store-bought or homemade)
  • 🛢️ Olive oil: 2 tablespoons
  • 🍋 Lemon juice: 2 tablespoons
  • 🧄 Garlic: 2 cloves, minced
  • 🌿 Dried oregano: 1 teaspoon
  • 🧂 Salt and pepper: to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the quinoa by bringing 2 cups of water to a boil, adding rinsed quinoa and a pinch of salt, then simmering for 15 minutes.
