Cajun seasoning: 2 tablespoons
Heavy cream: 1 cup (240 ml)
Garlic: 3 cloves, minced

- Heat a large skillet and melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium-high heat. Cook the chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
- Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside. In the same skillet, melt the remaining 2 tablespoons of butter, add minced garlic, and sauté for 30 seconds.
- Pour in the heavy cream, stir, and let it simmer for 3-4 minutes until slightly thickened.
- Return the chicken to the skillet, coat it with the sauce, and let it simmer for an additional 2-3 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Ensure the chicken is cooked to an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
- Feel free to adjust the seasoning to your taste.
