Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cut chicken breasts horizontally to create thin slices.
  3. Season chicken with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Place shredded cheese, bell peppers, and onions on each chicken slice.
  5. Roll up the chicken tightly and secure with toothpicks.
  6. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  7. Sear chicken roll ups for 2-3 minutes on each side.
  8. Transfer to a baking dish and bake for 15-20 minutes until fully cooked.
