- 2 cups fresh spinach
- 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds.
- Add sliced chicken sausage and cook for 5 minutes.
- Stir in spinach and cook until wilted.
- Season with salt and black pepper.
