- 2 boneless, skinless chicken fillets, thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp turmeric
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 8 large lettuce leaves (romaine or butter lettuce)
- 1/4 cup tahini
- 2 tbsp water
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
- 1/4 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup diced cucumbers
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix chicken with olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, cumin, paprika, turmeric, salt, and black pepper. Let marinate for 15 minutes.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat. Cook chicken for 5-6 minutes until fully cooked. Set aside.
- In a small bowl, whisk tahini, water, lemon juice, salt, and garlic powder to make the sauce.
- Place lettuce leaves on a plate. Fill each leaf with cooked chicken, diced tomatoes, cucumbers, and parsley.
- Drizzle tahini sauce over the wraps. Serve immediately.
Notes
- Use Greek yogurt instead of tahini for a tangy variation.
- Add sliced red onions or pickles for extra crunch.
