  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken fillets, thinly sliced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 8 large lettuce leaves (romaine or butter lettuce)
  • 1/4 cup tahini
  • 2 tbsp water
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley
  • 1/4 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup diced cucumbers

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix chicken with olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, cumin, paprika, turmeric, salt, and black pepper. Let marinate for 15 minutes.
  2. Heat a skillet over medium heat. Cook chicken for 5-6 minutes until fully cooked. Set aside.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk tahini, water, lemon juice, salt, and garlic powder to make the sauce.
  4. Place lettuce leaves on a plate. Fill each leaf with cooked chicken, diced tomatoes, cucumbers, and parsley.
  5. Drizzle tahini sauce over the wraps. Serve immediately.
