- 500g chicken breast, cut into cubes
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 lemon, juiced
- Wooden or metal skewers
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix chicken cubes with olive oil, garlic, paprika, cumin, black pepper, salt, and lemon juice.
- Cover and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Thread chicken pieces onto skewers.
- Grill or bake at 200°C (400°F) for 12-15 minutes, turning halfway.
- Serve hot with your favorite sides.
Notes
- Soak wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes before use to prevent burning.
- Adjust spices to taste.
- For extra flavor, add bell peppers or onions between chicken pieces.
